Born and raised in Gaborone, Botswana, Collin Marchand brings a global perspective and more than 15 years of business and real estate experience to her work. A proud graduate of Johnson & Wales University, she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Travel & Tourism and Business Management with a concentration in International Business and Global Trade. Collin began her career in commercial mortgage processing and property management before expanding into international business and founding Marc Canopies, a thriving Botswana-based company that created over 50 jobs through partnerships with the national government.
After relocating to the United States, Collin transitioned into real estate, combining her background in global business, finance, and hospitality with her passion for property development and design. She completed Commercial Real Estate and Finance studies at Boston University and has since become a trusted advisor for clients buying, selling, and investing across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
Now based in Barrington, Rhode Island, Collin specializes in property rehabilitation, multifamily and commercial investments, and relocation services. Her deep appreciation for architecture and design, shaped by her time in Windsor, England, and her family’s creative roots in Botswana, continues to influence her approach to real estate. A devoted mother and active community member, Collin brings professionalism, insight, and care to every client relationship.
